It’s about who you are as a person that defines your photography, that defines your style. It’s not just about the picture, it’s about the person who took it. As photographers, it is our mission to tell stories with great responsibility, and to tell it with honestly and empathy. It’s a way of feeling.. of loving. What we capture is recorded for ever. Every time I pick up the camera, I leave a piece of myself in every image I make. When I’m shooting, I like to be brave…. Fearless. … and sometimes be lost. Lost in the light. And Lost in the Darkness. A frame is not just something you look at, it’s something you look into. The dark, the light and the in-between. It’s all for the taking. It’s not about the grand wide angle shots with people who look like ants, it’s not about showing how many mega stars came and danced at the wedding, and maybe not even about the portraits (though we love those too!), but REAL unscripted moments like this. Moments like these that are so fleeting that you blink and you miss it.
